“Irregular Eating Patterns”

Assalamu’alaikum Wr. Wb.

This is my first blog, I feel happy because they have a blog because this is my first blog.
Oke guys,
I want to tell about my situation, I studied at Jambi university. With many activities and organizations not to mention the task of lecturers who accumulate. I often feel tired, which makes me so unfavorable conditions. Even a few days ago I was sick, because of irregular eating patterns. How do I adjust my diet?, Whereas no pause to rest. This confused me to maintain my physical condition.
Please give your comment or advice bellow.

    Maybe you must set up schedule meal...
    And you can split the time for activites and break shall be...

  2. Well Mimi, actually I also had the same problem with you. Irregular meal times because of a grueling schedule. My advice, if your schedule starting from the morning, before you went to campus you must be breakfast, and maybe you can bring food from home to eat at free time when you're in campus. So your time isn’t wasted and health is maintained :)

    in my opinion health is number one, keep your health.i recommend you tu give the alarm in gadget to remind mealtime, so you're not late to eat. bring some food from home and you can eat at the break time.

    I agree with Gita. In the morning, Mimi must breakfast, as we all know breakfast is very important to we do activities at during the day even though it was a little bit. Hm,, now the problem is for lunch there is no time lag, mimi can bring food from home, if can not you can ask for permission from the lecturer to give a little time for lunch, with the correct explanation.

  6. My dear mimi, health is everything, you will not do all your activity when you're sick, so keep your health as well as possible. As has been in write by our friends, I agree with them, you can use something to remind you to eat. If you not have much time to rest when you on campus, bring some food from home to eat there, so the time you need to eat not too much. once again I remind you that HEALTH IS EVERYTHING. So always keep your health mimi :*

  7. feel healthy is very expensive mimi, take care of your body, don't be late to eat. buy some foods at canteen or cook it your self at home

  9. I think if it does not have time to eat during class hours because no one wanted her pause we have breakfast before going to college, and bring supplies such as bread to block the stomach at the time of famine. other than that we can fast
